Since 1979, Dale Galloway has managed RDE, Inc. During
time, he has done consulting work for many nationally known firms. The focus of the consulting has been
converting organic wastes to useful products. Most of the research has been done at universities.
Prior to 1979, Galloway was
associated with Masonite Corporation for twenty years, spending most of this
time managing research projects, one of which resulted in the development of
the first wood molasses. This
concept is one of conducting necessary research at universities, coordinating
resulting information, and finding marketing uses for products originating from
Before joining Masonite
Corporation, Galloway’s experience included work with Blue River Feed Mills and
Halderman Farm Management Services. He holds a B.S. Degree in Animal Husbandry and Agricultural Economics
from Purdue University, and is also the author of numerous magazine articles
and 2 books, Finding Uses for
Industrial By-Products and A Deeper Green.
Dale remains active in an interest in the Galloway Home
Farm in Central Indiana.
